Records in Laserfiche

The following information is available to university employees via Laserfiche, the university’s document management system.

• Project Manuals and Specifications
• Project Submittals
• Project Operation and Maintenance Manuals
• Project Facilities Studies and Reports

New users must submit a Laserfiche User Request Form to access the system. For more information on Laserfiche and accessing university records maintained by Business Services IT, contact the GIS and Space Data unit at 540-231-0612.
